Feb & March

Ok, so let's just recap
I pretty much am way too busy to remember this blog. Hopefully I do better.
Here is what we have been doing:

In February:
We shopped Case lot
 We took naps

We cheered on our Aggies at Ethan's first Basketball game. He had a blast. He was cheering, dancing to the Scotsman, and kept a close eye on Big Blue.

We celebrated Valentine's with Grandparents, yummy food, a big hat, and cookie decorating.

In March,
We helped wash potatoes

We took walks to the park, and are getting braver around the horses. Ethan even has pet them a few times!

We flew kites

We ate breakfast at a restaurant, went grocery shopping with nice people, read books with dad, and ate bananas in hats.

We also have enjoyed painting, hanging out in nursery, and going to the zoo in Logan. We bought a membership to our little zoo, and Ethan has loved it. I'm excited to get to use it this summer.

Last weekend we took the day and went to Salt Lake. We spent the day playing in the Children's Museum at the Gateway. Ethan had so much fun. I was worried there wouldn't be anything for him to do, but he loved every minute of it.

Saturday the zoo here had an Easter Eggstravaganza. Although Ethan was not feeling great, we did the good parent thing and took him anyway. :] He did a really good hunting for eggs, but really hated the Easter Bunny. But look at him, he's kinda a creepy Easter Bunny, so I can't really blame him.

We have still been busy as ever. February and March were a giant blur of fun things, and colds. We're hoping for warm weather, and no more sickness!!
Lately,
Ethan likes to chatter. He talks to himself all day long. These are his favorite words:
cookie, walk, book, blue, bubbles, dad, book, blanket, sorry, and "be back" which he says anytime he's about to leave, or one of us leaves.
He loves to be outside. He is not afraid of anything at the park, and loves going down the slide.
He loves to read books, especially with dad.
He is so smart, it amazes us. Someone replaced our little boy with a crazy toddler overnight, and he does the funniest things all day long.
Lately, whenever Troy tickles him, or does something dad-like, Ethan will stop, and say "Daaaaad." In an annoyed voice. It's hilarious.
He doesn't quite get thumbs up, he thinks it is another "handshake" like a high-5 or a knuckles. So if you say "Thumbs Up!" He will run over and stick his finger in the space your fist makes.
