We're hitched. :] We can officially start our story. The wedding went so well. It was cold and windy and miserable, but everything went perfectly. The night before, not so perfect. But I'm not going to discuss how my dress didn't fit because I'm on the pill, and my chest grew, or how the flower shop got us all the wrong colored boy flowers. The night before did not go well. But like everyone said, the day of I didn't care. :] We got married in the Draper Temple and it was beautiful! It was so great to be there with Troy. We got to spend some time in the Celestial room before we actually got sealed, and it was gorgeous. So great to be there with him. I was so happy to see everyone at the sealing. We were afraid that Becky's sister Nancy and her husband weren't going to make it because they were snowed in down south, but when I walked in they were the first people we saw and I was so happy. Our sealing was beautiful. It was so great to be there with everyone, especially Troy. It was hot though. I was sweating like crazy. It was gross because me and Troy were holding hands, and both of our hands kept getting all sweaty. He wasn't picking up on my hidden cues to wipe our hands off. :] We went to take pictures outside from there and froze our butts off! I'm glad I had my awesome yellow boots to protect me. So worth it. :] The Temple had access to the Stake Center across the street so we were able to go over and take pictures there. After when we went back to change, I was concerned at what we were going to do for an hour before the lunch started. My mom had the covered. She lost my locker key. So, I was stuck in the Bride's room in a robe, with no access to my clothes because they had no master. We killed that hour or so there, no worries about being bored, and then Carol found the key in my mom's coat. (My dad put it there without us knowing.) We went to the lunch and had a delicious meal provided by Thanksgiving Point. After lunch our parents and us shared a few words, and both the dads cried but nobody else did. It was great. :] We had our reception, and everything was beautiful thanks to all the hard work my parents did, especially my mom. The decorations were perfect and it was exactly what I imagined it to be. I was so grateful. Funny tidbit: Annie and McKayla were taking presents for us at the door, and I noticed they were piling all the loose cards on one chair. Instead of having them sitting there, I asked the girls to bring all the cards to me or Troy. Well, they began bringing us cards and low and behold a few minutes later I turned around to check on them and realized that they were pulling the cards off of all the presents. Not just the free cards, but the gifts that came with cards were now nameless. I quickly stopped them, apologized and explained what I meant. Luckily, I didn't care and it was only a few of the gifts. :] All went well, and in the end, we had a very happy bride and groom. :]
So we have moved into our new place! It is an adorable apartment in a fourplex on the ever appropriate Chestnut Lane. We love it. :]
I did a grade A-crafty job getting it all decorated up and ready for us to live happily ever after in. We did the whole honeymoon bit, and had a great time. It was fun being able to just take a week or so off and do nothing together.
We have also started school, which isn't so great. Ha. I think we should have taken an entire semester off, but I never get my way. :]
We are both still working, and that is going well. It's different being home and being that "mom" role almost, where I actually have to plan to feed Troy when he comes home from work, and make sure the dishes get done. There are no roommates to pawn these chores off onto now. :] This is our first chapter of life, and trying to figure out where we are going to go from here. :]

Love your new post! We were sooooo very thankful that we made it to your wedding in the temple. I am sure that there was help from above to get us there on the icy roads. Love you kids:)
Nice post, Troy. You sure write like a girl these days. Ha ha ha. Just kidding. I'm excited to read your blog, Whitney. Troy never updates his. But, then again, I never really update mine anymore either. So, I guess I don't have much room to talk. ha ha! oh well.
